If this sounds like it was a long time ago, that’s because it was. I was in my late teens and keen to embark on a creative profession, where visual arts were the bulk of my activities. I think in pictures and have always had an eye for colours, shapes, organisation and spaces. I was also passionate about people, and continued on to a long, international career in corporate Human Resources. In the following chapter, Coaching in Style was created, combining occupational mentoring expertise acquired over my executive years, with my latent interests, the visual arts, styling and aesthetics, and in particular the psychology of colour. Our holistic approach combines extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of peoples’ individual differences and what makes them unique, inside and out, with a passion for style and know-how of colours and form.
